Dr. Kest is a busy anesthesiologist by day and a baker by night. For years, he’s been treating his colleagues and friends to his cookies and creations. After hundreds of compliments urging him to start a business, here we are!

Growing up, Dr. Kest’s favorite cookie was Mandel bread, Jewish biscotti, which he lovingly watched his mom, Sylvia, make. We’ve updated the recipe and given it a modern twist. Our version is destined to become a new classic. We only use the highest quality, organic ingredients including avocado oil. So there is no saturated fat in our cookies. Every small batch is handmade. No two bites will ever be the same. We kiss all our cookies with a sprinkle of cinnamon sugar love!
